Billing Coordinator (Entry Level)

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for an Entry Level Billing Coordinator in White Plains, NY.

Key Functions:

  • Review billing edits for accuracy and contact branch offices with questions

  • Compare paper invoices to electronic invoices for accuracy

  • Prepare billing and payroll adjustments as needed

  • Research billing discrepancies and re-bill as needed

  • Review weekly remittance for denials and re-bill accordingly

  • Generate billing and submit electronically

  • Collaborate with Collections Department to resolve outstanding billing issues

     

    Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent business experience with two years in Accounting/Billing/Payroll

  • Ability to use computerized systems

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service skills are essential
