Payroll Coordinator (Entry Level)

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for an Entry Level Payroll Coordinator in Manhattan, NY.

Key functions:

  • Review and edit time sheets for accuracy and completeness

  • Perform payroll verification for approved timesheets

  • Generate and organize payroll submission to the Corporate team

  • Follow up for all untimely payroll submissions

  • Handle all additional field staff payroll responsibilities


  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Payroll experience preferred

  • Ability to use computerized systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service skills are essential

  • Bilingual English-Spanish required
