OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc., is a leading multi-state community based service provider, specializing in both Care Management and Licensed Home Health Care Agency services. Premier is currently seeking an Office Administrator in our Naples, Florida office.

 

Key functions include:

  • In conjunction with the Regional Vice President, develop annual budgets and projection models for the branch location and subsequent P&L management
  • Assist the Regional Vice President with negotiations of local service contracts and write RFP and grant responses
  • Implement marketing activities reflective of goals and objectives outlined in Operational Plan that will result in revenue growth for the branch
  • Hire, train, evaluate, supervise and terminate office support staff for branch location

Qualifications include: a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business or health related field and no less than three years of licensed home care experience with heavy emphasis on business development in the region. Qualified candidates must also have served in a position that required administrative, operational and supervisory responsibilities.

Additional requirements include knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulatory requirements.
